What happens if nobody's home?
Don't worry, our items will be left in your post box if they're small enough. Otherwise, your parcel will be left at your local post office for collection.
I've entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Don't worry, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with my product?

If, for any reason, the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we'll give you a full refund as soon as it arrives. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return postage must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
